Lori was so helpful and patient as I tried on dresses during my appointment. She was able to understand what I was looking for and liked in order to make some beautiful recommendations within my $1000 price range. There was even an option for a custom fit dress within that range. I don’t live in Pasadena anymore (I live out of state), so the logistics of ordering a dress that has to be shipped in and altering it were a factor for me. I really appreciate how quick Lori was to offer some feasible solutions if I selected a dress from the store, including having it shipped straight to me and altering elsewhere if need be or having it altered in a quick turnaround so I could avoid multiple trips back to Pasadena. I would definitely recommend this place to look at some great dresses, with kind customer service and find sample options for great deals.

I have to say out of all 5 bridal spots I went to this boutique has the best service and best prices. This is the place to go if you want the best deals on Pronovias and Allure gowns. Many other boutiques were very pushy and wouldn’t let me try on everything and quoted me higher on identical dresses. Her sample dresses are a steal. I also love how her website shows which sample dresses are on sale along with their prices and available sizes. You won’t regret coming here. It is a very small boutique so I suggest making an appointment. Lori is quick to answer and will quote you on dresses you are interested in yelp.

I absolutely loved Bridal and Special Times. I am so glad I bought my dress here, I always felt in good hands with Lori. She was always honest and patient. Her and the rest of the staff took great care to make sure my dress fit like a dream. After not liking the first bustle I chose she completely changed it to a different bustle without hesitation. She also made my dress more modest for the church by adding a lace insert in the chest area. 100% recommend this boutique, they have great designer options And i was able to have my dream Pronovias dress!

The reason I selected this bridal shop was because I was specifically looking for a vendor that carried Allure Bridal/Couture. I was able to view most of their inventory online and select different models I liked on their website. I emailed Lori asking to try on about 10 different dresses and she was very accommodating. Upon my arrival, all the dresses I selected were ready and they patiently assisted me until I found my dream dress. When my wedding dress arrived after several months, we realized Allure shipped out my dress a size smaller then we requested, but Lori and her team made all the necessary alterations so my dress fit perfectly. Lori also gave me a complimentary veil, which was a perfect addition to my wedding dress. I had a destination wedding and Lori assisted with packing my gown inside my carry on. She is truly an expert at what she does. Thank you Lori for making my dreams come true and for being so accommodating through out the process. I truly felt like a princess with my wedding dress.

I already had an Idea of what dresses I wanted to try on. Rather than bring me a bunch of random dresses, Lori really respected all my style choices and only brought out samples that I really liked- no time wasted trying on random styles! The dress I ended up finding was quoted at less than $1000 for a whole new custom tailored handmade dress! This particular dress was not from one of the name brand designers so it is made right there in store! So much better than waiting for your dress to ship from overseas! I am so impressed with Bridal and Special times! I will definitely leave an updated review after I place my order and officially purchase my dress but so far- This has been my best wedding dress shopping experience yet!
